    ATTENTION: Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

At The Centers, the safety of our patients, our caregivers, and the community is a top priority.

In an effort to help keep our clients, staff, and community safe, we require masks or facial coverings at all times while in the facility. Face masks are available to any client that may need one. Additionally, visitors accompanying clients to appointments are limited to only those essential for the client's physical or emotional well-being and care.

We are well-prepared to deal with any potential cases of COVID-19 and have robust protocols for addressing infectious diseases of this nature.

We follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or CDC, and Florida Department of Health guidelines for identification and management of patients who meet CDC screening criteria.

Now is the time to use tele-health services.

We encourage the use of telepsychiatry to access your therapy sessions and medications from the comfort and safety of your home. This helps to prevent possible spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and keeps our clients and staff safe.

Please call 352-291-5555 to schedule your appointments or get started with a free basic health assessment.

Please call 352-291-5555 and ask a representative about tele-health. Even if your insurance will not cover tele-health, we offer self-pay rates lower than many insurance co-pays.

By order of the Florida Department of Health visitation at inpatient facilities is suspended for the next 30 days.

Additional Updates will be posted here:

    •    Temperature scans and COVID-19 screening for everyone entering the Acute Care Facility

    •     Group Therapy suspended
    •     AA/NA Meetings on campus suspended – Available through phone meetings, visit nabyphone.com for more details
